Ingredients (roughly 8 flatbreads):

  • Left over mashed potato (about 250g)
  • Plain/ All-Purpose Flour (1.5 cups)
  • Salt

 

Method:

  • dust work surface with flour
  • season mash¬† – use hands to bring together on work surface to form sticky dough
  • roll out ‘dough’ into long sausage shape – cut out into 8 pieces
  • roll out each piece into flatbread shape
  • heat pan until very hot, dry fry for about 1 minute¬†on each side – that’s it!
