Ingredients (roughly 8 flatbreads):
- Left over mashed potato (about 250g)
- Plain/ All-Purpose Flour (1.5 cups)
- Salt
Method:
- dust work surface with flour
- season mash – use hands to bring together on work surface to form sticky dough
- roll out ‘dough’ into long sausage shape – cut out into 8 pieces
- roll out each piece into flatbread shape
- heat pan until very hot, dry fry for about 1 minute on each side – that’s it!
